We skiied an extra day at the end of our holiday to avoid heavy traffic out of the valley. Packed everything away and left the injured rob in the van outside reception. Mag Dan Georgia and I went up but Georgia's foot hurt so much they spent the morning in the mountain restaurant with hot chocolate and cake! Mag and I skied to la rosiere, very icy then went over to the fort on the great Bellette piste. Then we went to our favourite marmotte. Then picked up rob and had a meal in the L'Accolle restaurant at the bottom of Les Eurcherts. It was very good apart from them forgetting my meal and everyone else finishing before I got mine!!!
Parked Rob below the Petit Bois lift (great views) to read his book while Mag and I had a few runs down the tetris including a nice piece of off-piste at the bottom. Our last run down into Eurcherts off the side of the Gellinotte where we managed to find some un-tracked snow and had such a laugh reaching the bottom. A great week on the snow, we love La ros - what a shame Rob missed the last two days - we will be back!!!
